1. Who we are

reicuri.com is owned and run by Reicuri Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India (CIN U74999KA2018PTC118940), with its office at Plot No 32, 2nd Floor, 3rd Cross, Dasarahalli Main Road, Balaji Layout, Rachenahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560024. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the company, and "you" means anyone using the site.

2. Agreeing to these terms

Using this site or buying from it means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site. We can change these terms, and the version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

3. Who can buy

You need to be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

4. Your account

You do not need an account to browse. You may need one to place an order. Keep your login details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

5. Products, prices and stock

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless the page says otherwise. We work to keep listings accurate, but a price or a description can be wrong, and stock can run out between you ordering and us packing. When that happens we contact you and cancel with a full refund rather than send you something you did not order. Product photographs are indicative, and packaging changes from batch to batch.

6. What our products are, and what they are not

We sell nutraceuticals and food supplements. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication or managing a health condition, talk to your doctor before starting any supplement.

7. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into existence when we confirm the order by email. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment gateway. We can decline or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the delivery address cannot be serviced, or if the product is unavailable.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is free across India. Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Both of those policies form part of these terms.

9. What belongs to us

The Reicuri name, the logo, our product names, photographs, text and page designs on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You are welcome to share links to our pages. You may not copy our content for commercial use, reuse our product images, or list our products elsewhere as your own without written permission from us.

10. How you may use the site

Do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it at volume, upload anything harmful, impersonate another person, or post reviews and messages that are false, abusive or illegal. We can remove such content and close the accounts behind it.

11. Third-party services and links

The site relies on third parties for payments, logistics, login and analytics, and it may link out to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of websites we do not run.

12. Liability

We stand behind our products and will replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective or wrong. Beyond that, our liability for any claim connected with this site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Suspending access

We can suspend or close your account without notice if you break these terms or if there is suspicious activity on it.

14. Governing law and disputes

Indian law applies to these terms. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before it gets that far, please write to us. Most problems are settled in an email or two.
