Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use reicuri.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the website and any order placed through it.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses. Payment is handled on our payment gateway's systems, so what reaches us is confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last few digits of the card. We never see your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
When you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and how long you stay on them. Most of this comes from cookies and from the analytics built into our store platform.
When you sign up for offers: your email address or phone number, and a record of the fact that you agreed to hear from us.
When you write to us: whatever you put in the contact form or the email, along with your contact details so we can reply.
Why we use it
- To take, pack and deliver your order, and keep you posted on where it is.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, replacements and refunds.
- To suggest products that make sense alongside what you have already bought.
- To see which pages work and which ones do not, so we can fix the ones that do not.
- To send offers and product news, but only if you asked for them. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and it works.
- To meet tax and legal obligations, and to deal with fraud and chargebacks.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell personal information to anyone. We do share it with the companies that make an order happen: the payment gateway, the courier, the email and SMS tools we use, and our accountants. Each of them receives only what they need for their part of the job and is not permitted to use it for anything else.
We will also hand over information where a court, a tax authority or a law enforcement agency requires it.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart from emptying, remember you when you come back, and tell us how the site is being used. Some are set by our store platform, others by analytics and advertising tools. You can block or clear them in your browser settings. The site will still load, but the cart and login are likely to behave oddly.
Age
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and you should not create an account or place an order if you are younger than that. If we find that we have collected a minor's details, we delete them.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records stay with us for eight years, because tax law requires it. Marketing contacts stay until you unsubscribe. Anything else is deleted once it has served its purpose.
Keeping it safe
The store runs on a hosted commerce platform, so pages and payments are encrypted in transit. Inside the company, access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to do their work. No system is completely secure and we are not going to claim otherwise, but if there is ever a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
What you can ask us for
- A copy of the information we hold about you.
- A correction, if something is wrong.
- Deletion, unless we are required to keep the record for tax or legal reasons.
- An end to marketing messages.
- An objection to a particular use of your data.
Write to digital@reicuri.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are asking for deletion, tell us the email address or phone number you ordered with so that we can find your records.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version goes up on this page with the date it took effect. If the change is significant and you are on our mailing list, we will mention it in an email.
