Order Cancellation

• Cancel anytime before dispatch for a zero-cost refund.

• Once dispatched, order cancellation may not be possible, though you may reject delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable for cancelled orders, damaged/defective products, or incorrect items received.
• Refunds include the full product price plus taxes. No hidden deductions.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Failed transactions are auto-refunded as per standard RBI and payment gateway guidelines.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted strictly for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement isn't possible, a full refund will be issued.
